These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the make it hot mobile application (the "App") and website at makeithot.ttt.so (the "Website"), operated by Daniial Zagidullin PR Beograd ("we," "us," or "our"). The App and Website are together referred to as the "Services."

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

make it hot helps you create recipes based on ingredients you have, your cooking preferences, dietary preferences, and other information you choose to provide.

Recipes and related recommendations may be generated using automated artificial intelligence systems.

The features and functionality of the Services may change or expand over time.

Accounts

Some features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• maintaining the security of your account;
• keeping your login credentials confidential;
• activities performed through your account.

You may delete your account through the App settings.

Subscriptions and Payments

make it hot may offer free and paid features, including subscription-based access to additional functionality.

Subscriptions purchased through the App are managed through Apple's App Store and may be processed using RevenueCat on our behalf.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal according to the price and billing period shown at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store subscription settings.
• If a free trial is offered, its terms will be displayed before purchase.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app marketplace.

Deleting your make it hot account or deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree that you will:

• use the Services only for lawful purposes;
• provide information that you have the right to submit and process;
• not attempt to interfere with, damage, disable, or misuse the Services;
• not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, circumvent, or tamper with the App or its systems;
• not use automated methods to access the Services in a way that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure;
• not use the Services to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

Recipes and AI-Generated Content

Recipes and recommendations provided by make it hot may be generated automatically and may contain mistakes, omissions, unsuitable substitutions, or unexpected ingredients.

You are responsible for reviewing recipes before preparing or consuming food.

Cooking times, temperatures, ingredient quantities, nutritional information, and other recipe details should be treated as guidance and may require adjustment depending on ingredients, equipment, portion size, and other circumstances.

We do not guarantee that every recipe will be accurate, complete, suitable for your preferences, or produce a particular result.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

make it hot may allow you to provide information about allergies, food intolerances, dietary preferences, or ingredients you wish to avoid.

We use this information to help adapt recipes to your preferences, but we cannot guarantee that a recipe will always be free from allergens or other ingredients you need to avoid.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you are responsible for reviewing:

• the complete recipe;
• ingredient labels;
• product warnings;
• potential cross-contamination risks.

Do not rely solely on make it hot to determine whether food is safe for you to consume.

Nutrition and Health Disclaimer

make it hot may provide general nutrition-related information and may take established healthy-eating recommendations into account when creating recipes.

The Services are provided for general informational and cooking purposes and are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnose or treat any condition, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have medical dietary requirements or health concerns, seek appropriate professional advice before relying on dietary recommendations provided through the Services.

User Content

You retain your rights to information you submit to the Services, including ingredients, preferences, recipe requests, and other content you provide.

By submitting information to make it hot, you grant us a limited right to process that information as necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Services.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, software, features, branding, text, graphics, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Daniial Zagidullin PR Beograd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Availability and Changes to the Service

This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from reliance on recipes, recommendations, unavailable features, loss of data, or interruption of the Services.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including where:

• these Terms are violated;
• the Services are misused;
• fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected;
• suspension is required for security, technical, or legal reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the affected Services will cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect means that the updated Terms will apply to your continued use of the Services.
